How long will it take my order to ship out?
We strive to ship out all orders within one business day of receipt. Please note our fulfillment center is closed Saturdays & Sundays, and all major holidays. Any orders placed on these dates will ship the following business days:

How do I qualify for free shipping?
We provide complimentary UPS Ground shipping on orders over $99 before tax. Additionally, we are pleased to provide free standard shipping on orders containing a Progressive Peel or Dermstick for Pores, as well as orders on Auto-Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada for a flat rate of $25 USD, and to rest of world for a flat rate of $45 USD. Shipping generally takes 5 - 10 business days, but we cannot predict how long a package will take to clear customs. Unfortunately, we do not currently have any international stockists.
How can I track my package?
